They provide exceptional service from State Inspections, oil changes to major repairs. Rocco and Bill take the time to explain what is needed and will give you the price of each individual service before performing the job. Scheduling is easy and turn around is very reasonable.

Excellent customer service. I took my 2014 Dodge Charger R/T in because of a troublesome P3441 code (cylinder 6 deactivation control circuit) and the technicians at Raleigh Car Care were incredible. Not only did they replace the problematic cylinder 6 solenoid, how quickly they did it is evidence of their experience with Mopars. What a great service! We relied on Raleigh Car Care to recently sell a vehicle for us and they did a fantastic job in a very short amount of time. They helped us price the car competitively but get what we wanted for the car. There were a few minor repairs needed and they coached us through the ones that would add value and the ones that would not. So, we completed only the work that would add value and we recouped that by increasing the sales price. They handled all of the showings and transaction with the buyer making the process extremely easy and seamless for us. The fee that they charge for this service is very fair and worth every penny to relieve us (seller) of the risk of showing the vehicle to strangers. If you're ever considering selling a car, whether on your own or through CarMax or another dealer, call Raleigh Car Care first. You'll be grateful that you did and will end up with more proceeds in your pocket.

Truck broke down on Sunday morning, had it towed to Raleigh Car Care and Bill and team had it diagnosed before I could even call at 8am Monday morning. They were excellent at communicating every step of the way and had it running by Tuesday morning with a new water pump, all new belts, pulleys, and thermostat. As a bonus, they got rid of a squeak that had been bugging me for quite some time that I was unable to find on my own. All in all, they go above and beyond with communication, repairs, and even recommendations on what to do from a maintenance perspective without being pushy about doing it in the current visit. I will continue to take my vehicle(s) here for inspections and maintenance without hesitation.

Had such a great experience at Raleigh Car Care this morning. They were quick at getting my oil change and safety inspection done. They even noticed that I needed new windshield wipers, which is something no one has noticed for me when I have gotten my car serviced before. My partner and I have been extremely happy with our experience here! They definitely go above and beyond for their clients and we've definitely felt this. Most recently, my car was having transmission issues and after they took a look at it, they asked me to call and make sure I didn't have a warranty. I was sure that it had expired after I went over 36k miles, but my transmission was covered up to 60k. They easily could have made those repairs and charged me for them, but they wanted to make sure I got the service I needed, even if it wasn't from them. I would recommend them over and over again, and give them more than 5 stars if I could!
